The UKAMHS is affiliated to the AMHA and the
AMHR/ASPC.
We are the only club in the UK to be solely
dedicated to promoting American Miniature
Horses.
Our main event of the year is the British
Open AMHA Show, which has grown to become
the biggest event for American Miniature
Horses in Great Britain. Not only does
it have the most number of AMHA horses participating but
it also attracts entries from some of Europe's

Unlike the many other existing miniature
horse clubs, the UKAMHS is unique because
it is exclusively dedicated to AMHA Miniature
Horses. Although you do not need to own one
in order to join us, you just need to be
an enthusiast!
We aim to unite breeders, owners and followers by
providing a friendly club dedicated to our
common interest. We will offer regular
clinics, seminars and educational events
as well as AMHA affiliated shows. These are open to everybody regardless
of the type of miniature horse you own. We
as a club encourage good practice to help improve

Being an approved club means that the
rules and standards set by the AMHA
are recognised and followed.
We also wish to provide a friendly and
helpful service to miniature horse owners
and potential owners who may need advice.
We can help with information on joining the
AMHA, registering horses, paperwork, change
of ownership, in fact anything connected
to American Miniature Horses we are your
point of contact in the UK.
